Yes. We use high-intensity neodymium magnets with 1 kg of pull force, many times the weight of the brush head. It only releases when you apply intentional force.

The bamboo handle lasts years with proper care. Brush heads, depending on frequency and maintenance, last on average 12-18 months. When a head wears out, you replace it: the handle stays.

Brush heads are compatible only with the handle from the same family (Face Set / Eye Set). The two systems use different calibers, optimized for specific use.

Yes. Each brush head is sold individually, so you can expand your system or replace only what you need. Go to the Configurator.

Yes. All brush heads are 100% cruelty-free, vegan and hypoallergenic. MicroWave bristles are high-quality synthetic, biodegradable.

To keep your brushes perfect over time, follow these three rules:

• Always detach the head before washing. Prevent water from entering the handle.
• Use mild products. Brush-specific cleansers or mild neutral soaps. Massage the bristles without rubbing.
• Dry horizontally or vertically with bristles down. Never up.

The modular structure makes hygiene and maintenance easier over time.

The bamboo handle is treated to resist moisture, but avoid direct water contact during washing (that's why you detach the head). Always dry with a soft cloth if it gets wet accidentally.

Free shipping across Italy, no minimum order. For Europe and Switzerland the rate is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All details on the Shipping page.

Yes. We ship throughout Italy, throughout Europe and to Switzerland. Delivery times: Italy 2–4 days, Europe 4–7 days, Switzerland 5–8 days (customs included).

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Change of mind (seal intact): write us at hello@riveritaly.it with your order number. We send a prepaid label. Return ships for €5.90, deducted from the refund. Initial shipping is not refundable.
