Shipping

We're a small Italian team. Every parcel is prepared and shipped by hand, with the care we'd expect from a brand that puts detail before scale.
Free shipping
Shipping is free in Italy, on every order, with no minimum.
For Europe and Switzerland the rate is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order processing
Orders received by 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, ship within 24 working hours.
Orders received after 2:00 PM, on weekends or holidays, ship on the next business day.
Delivery times
- Mainland Italy: 2–4 business days
- Islands and remote areas: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- Switzerland: 5–8 business days (customs time included)
These are average courier times: they can vary for holidays or force majeure, but it usually arrives sooner.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel ships you get an email with the tracking code. From there you follow every step to your door.
Where we ship
We ship throughout all of Italy (islands included), all of Europe and to Switzerland.
For Switzerland, any duties and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility under local regulations.
If something goes wrong
Wrong address or recipient absent. If the parcel comes back due to incorrect data, the cost of a new shipment is on you. Check your details before confirming the order, or write us within 24 hours at hello@riveritaly.it if you spot an error.
Lost or damaged parcel. If after 10 business days it hasn't arrived, or it arrives visibly damaged, write us at hello@riveritaly.it with a photo. We open the case immediately and find the solution together: reshipment or refund.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of the unused product, in its original packaging.
Change of mind
Write us at hello@riveritaly.it with your order number. We send a prepaid label. The return costs €5.90, deducted from the refund. Initial shipping costs are not refundable.
Seal opened or other issues
Write us anyway. We're a small team and evaluate each case individually to find the best solution together.
Defective or damaged product
Shipping fully on us. Email us at hello@riveritaly.it with photos or video of the defect: we send a new product or proceed with a refund.
