Does the magnet really hold?
Yes. We use high-intensity neodymium magnets with 1 kg of pull force — many times the weight of the brush head. It only releases when you apply intentional force.
Are the heads compatible between Face Kit and Eye Kit?
Brush heads are compatible only with the handle from the same family (Face Set / Eye Set). The two systems use different calibers, optimized for specific use.
How should I wash my brushes without ruining them?
To keep your brushes perfect over time, we recommend maximum care:
- Always detach the head: before starting, separate the head from the handle. This step is essential to keep water out of the handle.
- Use only mild products: brush-specific cleansers or very mild neutral soaps. Massage the bristles with extreme gentleness.
- Dry properly: horizontally or vertically with bristles facing down. Never bristles up.
The modular structure makes hygiene and maintenance easier over time.
Returns How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of the unused product, in its original packaging.

Are the bristles cruelty-free?
Yes, all brush heads are 100% cruelty-free and hypoallergenic. MicroWave bristles are high-quality synthetic and biodegradable.
Can I buy replacement heads individually?
Yes. Each brush head is sold individually so you can expand your system or replace only what you need. Go to the Configurator.
